M.G. PAPPAS High Phenolic Basil Infused EVOO was created using M.G. PAPPAS High Polyphenol EVOO(One of the most awarded Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the world) and fresh Organic Basil leaves.
We use a method where we simultaneously crush olives with fresh herbs and fruits for delicious taste and health benefits.
We crushed the Olives and the Basil leaves together creating an Infused EVOO with a unique taste profile that has been recognized with over 8 International Awards.
We don’t use Natural or Artificial Flavors. Our Premium Infused EVOO contains a large quantity of Hydroxytyrosol and Polyphenols(480mg/l).
This is delicious in making fresh pesto or a tomato and mozzarella salad. It is delicious in salads, grilled vegetables, pasta, beef, or chicken dishes.

High Phenolic EVOO with 580mg/lt Polyphenols and high levels of Hydroxytyrosol. There is an EFSA approved health claim that only olive oils with 250 mg/kg of polyphenols or more can claim:
Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. In order to bear the claim information shall be given to the consumer that the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 g of olive oil.
